Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm ET on Friday begin processing the following Monday. You'll receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking email once the carrier scans your parcel.

Domestic rates (United States)

• Standard (3–7 business days): flat $6.95
• Free standard shipping on orders over $75
• Expedited (2–3 business days): calculated live at checkout

International

We ship to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout from your address and parcel weight. Typical delivery is 7–18 business days. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included unless explicitly collected at checkout.

Sales tax

US sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local rates.

Delays, lost and damaged parcels

Carrier delays, weather and customs inspections are outside our control. If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, contact us and we'll open an investigation. Report damaged deliveries within 7 days with photographs and we'll replace or refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. Parcels returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the return arrives, with shipping charged again.
